Black Silicon Carbide - SIC
Black Silicon Carbide - SIC:
Black Silicon Carbide consists of crystalline silicon carbide, which is produced from silica sand and petroleum coke in electric resistance furnace at temperatures of >2300℃. Silicon carbide is iron-free, angular and extremely hard.
